Weight Loss Starts In the Kitchen!
You will be provided with a comprehensive guide to tips and tricks to kick start your nutritional habits! A 10-Day Detox Kit with meal plans will be provided for you at your initial consultation. Supplements will be added to your diet such as Vitamin D/K drops, Fish Oil and Mitocore.
