How to self-inject peptides?
1. Gather supplies: have syringes, needles, alcohol pads, and a sharps container ready.
2. Clean everything: wash your hands and clean the vial stopper with an alcohol pad.
3. Prepare syringe: draw air into the syringe equal to your dose, then pull the peptide solution from the vial.
4. Inject: choose a clean site, avoid scars or inflamed areas, and inject the peptide solution.
5. Post-Injection care: use a cotton ball or gauze to stop any bleeding and dispose of the
needle safely.
